• Waste Management Inc. purchased Curbside Recycling, a recycling services business leased in Fraser, CO. Services were transitioned to Waste Management on June 30, 2014.
• The owner of the company, Dallas Davis-Timms, approached Waste Management to inquire if the company was interested in buying the recycling firm.
• Curbside Recycling was established in 2008. It was started to fill a void in recycling services in Grand County for both residential and commercial properties.
