- Ever since Hoosier Pick-up stopped picking up trash in southern Indiana, garbage has been mounding up on curbs and residents are becoming increasingly frustrated. "They promise to come out and get it," said Ashia Davis. "It might be this week, It might be two weeks."
- But Hoosier Pick-up is out of business, its voice mail greeting says. And Better Business Bureau officials said they have received 36 complaints on Hoosier in the last year.
- Indiana sate police records show Hoosier Pick-up trucks were inspected 10 times in the last two years and nearly every time the drivers didn’t have proper licenses, or parts on the truck were broken.

Making quick resolution unlikely are two factors: The Hoosier Pick-Up owner said customers owed more than $100,000 in past due bills. Customers who have paid said they want refunds for services not performed.
