• EnviroSolutions Inc. purchased the waste-by-rail operations of Environmental Logistics Services.

• A commercial and industrial solid waste services and recycling company, EnviroSolutions is now one of the biggest waste-by-rail firms in North America.

• Assets included in the acquisition are: the New Jersey-based transload and intermodal facility operations in Pittsburgh, ELS' interests in New Jersey Rail Carriers LLC, and the long-term operating lease of NJRC, including rail cars, containers customer contracts and operating equipment.

The revenue of ELS' operations is estimated at $40 million.
