• Advanced Disposal Services Inc., a waste and recycling company based in Ponte Vedra, FL, announced its acquisition of Monroe’s Rubbish Removal, Inc., a waste hauler located in Whitmore Lake, MI.
• The purchase nabs Advanced Disposal another operating facility in addition to residential and commercial customers in Washtenaw and Wayne Counties in Michigan. 
• 19 workers previously employed by Monroe’s Rubbish Removal will join Advanced Disposal as staff.

Advanced Disposal made 17 acquisitions in 2013, which proved to be a busy year for the hauler. The company finalized many strategic moves in the Midwest and South to the East Coast. In mid-August, Advanced Disposal posted an increase in revenue for Q2 2014, up almost 8% from the same quarter last year.
